Eugene Domingo looked back on her college years, saying she does not regret pursuing her degree even if she had “overstayed” at the university for eight years for it.
The award-winning actress-comedian recounted this during her first-ever vlog on her newly launched YouTube channel, where she answered the “most searched” questions about her on the internet.

Peza Director General Tereso Panga and PNOC President and Chief Executive Officer Oliver Butalid signed a memorandum of understanding last October 14 at the PNOC Networking Hall.
“I spent eight years, I think, in college. I finished Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts sa University of the Philippines-Diliman. Yes, nag-overstay ako. Ang sarap sa university e,” she joked.

Article continues after this advertisement“Mahilig talaga ako sa state university. Ayoko talagang gumastos masyado ‘pag nag-aaral lalo na nung college kasi wala naman talaga akong pambayad,” she said. “Gusto ko lang talagang makatapos ng kolehiyo nang may diploma.”
Article continues after this advertisementIn her vlog, Domingo also touched on the topic of her married life with Italian film critic Danilo Bottoni and their wedding, vowing to fans that she would share more about them in her upcoming vlogs.
Domingo recently starred in the 2024 MMFF entry “And the Breadwinner Is…” alongside Vice Ganda, Gladys Reyes and Jhong Hilario, among others.
Domingo was also earlier announced as a cast member of the Philippine staging of Stephen Sondheim’s “Into the Woods.”
